Weekly Blog 6: 6/29 to 7/6

Three things I Accomplished this Week:

1: I was able to make a base map for my project in GIS.

2: I was able to begin to work on the results and conclusion parts of my paper because I created a GIS map with my data.

3: My hypothesis about my thesis was proven by the data shown on my GIS map.

Three things I struggled with this Week:

1: I am having a hard time on exactly what data I should put on my map, while still having it be easy to read.

2: I struggled to set up my letters chatbot this week.

3: I am struggling to think of ways that I could integrate my map into my presentation.

Three things I learned this Week:

1: I learned how to make an AI chatbot with my letters.

2: I learned how to tinker with the appearance of my GIS map to make it more readable.

3: I learned more about USM graduate program, and graduate's school in general.

The Next Step for my Research:

With my GIS map started and my hypothesis regarding the Freedmen's Bureau proven, I now need to work on the results and conclusion parts of my paper.
